What is collectable:
Points, Contacts with different members, WAS numbers, Visitor numbers, and PSK31 numbers. Fill in those fields that you are collecting and want credit for.
Please include the call and number for new Visitor and PSK31 you are submitting credit for.
What is collectable:
Points, total Contacts up to 300 maximum for earning the Bridge Seals (10), WAS numbers, Convention numbers, PSK31 numbers, and Bridge Tenders. Fill in those fields that you are collecting and want credit for.
Please include the call and number for new PSK31 contacts and call for new Bridge Tenders you are submitting credit for.
The worksheets for the Bridges must be sent either inserted within a e-mail, as a attachment, to my call sign at arrl dot net. You can also mail the worksheet to the CM. Address is on City of Roses Program page.
Using the Upgrade Forms
When moving from one field to the next, use the Tab key, not the Enter key. If you do, it will send the form with what ever you have enter at that time. No harm done, you will just have to go back to the form and start again.
Enter those fields that you are collecting and you should have your previous totals of points and seal number to fill in on the form where it asks for your previous totals collected. If you do not know, you can enter "Unknown", and I will use the current figures I have in my database for you.
Using other programs for upgrading
You may submit the upgrade file from KB0ON's DBTen program, K4HAV's program, Excel spreadsheets, or any of the other programs that shows the required fields that you are collecting and include the file within a e-mail, as a attachment, or snail mail to the CM. Some members have even figured out a way to copy and paste the upgrade printout from KB0ON's DBTen program to Notepad and I have tried it and it does work. Please keep a record of the contacts that you have made in case the CM needs to see a total listing at a later date.
