Basic Certificate:

DX $3 US funds
No other upgrade certificates are available at this time. See Portland Bridges Program.
Upgrades: The information needed for upgrades is a list of contacts with COR chapter #, Call, their total point value, new points. No other certificate numbers are needed. You should include previous total points submitted, total new points this application and total present points collected. If you want credit for contacts, you must include a complete list of all contacts.
Collecting Points: You can increase you net point value by 1 per 250 points collected.
Collectable Numbers: WAS numbers worth +1 point. Visitor numbers worth +25 points.
Contacts: You must send a complete list of all contacts that you've worked for these upgrades:
Work 100 different members =
+5 Points
Work 200 different members = +5 Points
Work 300 different members = +5 Points
Work 400 different members = +5 Points
Work 500 different members = +10 Points
Work 750 different members = +15 Points
Work 1000 different members = +20 Points
WAS Award: No wild cards. No duplicates. All contacts must be made from your home state. Mobile contacts are allowed but no duplicate stations allowed. No contacts prior to 1 October 1992. Applications will be carefully checked. WAS holders will be given a 100 point upgrade and become instant qualifiers (IQs) IQs will be given 1 point for each new member. WAS numbers are collectable for 1 point.
VISITORS: Visitors living more than 75 miles away from Portland who have a get together with 3 or more members will receive a visitor number worth +25 points to themselves and others who work them.
PSK31 Seal: A collectable seal will be issued for working 10 different members in 10 different states or countries on 10 meters using PSK31 mode. First State and First Country will be issued. All contacts must be made after 1 September 2000. You will receive a 25 point upgrade on both your City of Roses and Portland Bridges point total. The seal numbers are collectable for a 1 point upgrade on both programs. Send info (Call worked 10-10#, COR number, PB number, and date worked) to the address below.
E-MAIL Upgrades: CM will accept only e-mail upgrades that show those contacts with Call, Chapter #, previous points and new points and new total points collected. K4HAV's Certificate Chaser program gives all info needed for upgrading and CM will accept any other program output listing you can insert or attach to an e-mail that contains the above information.
