Welcome to the new web site for the City of Roses Chapter. It contains requirements and information for new members that would like to join the chapter and for current members who need detailed information for upgrading. There are new forms for upgrading both programs that will make it easier for you to do online upgrading.

There are links to take you to the City of Roses program, Portland Bridges program, Upgrading Forms for both of the programs and additional links to other web site that may be of interest to members.

Portland is the home of the Portland International Rose Garden that inspired the name of our chapter. The chapter had it's beginning in July 1976 and has been active ever since with over 3300 members having joined worldwide. Portland also has 10 bridges that cross the Willamette River that gave us the theme for our Portland Bridges program which made it's debut in July 1990.
